Two Orders Arrived Damaged : Bell'O WAVS321 NTA AV Cabinet Holds Up To 52-Inch TV (Black)
This would have been the perfect stand for our plasma TV and AV equipment. However, we never even got to assemble it. When the package arrived via UPS I noticed one corner of the box was dimpled. No big deal, I thought, it wasn't deep enough to have damaged anything. Was I wrong! The cheap packaging by Bell'O -- not only the thickness of the cardboard shipping box but the quality of the styrofoam packing as well -- just begs for damage during transport. Of course, pieces of the cabinet were smashed in transit. We even went so far as to reorder the same unit, only to find the second box even more damaged than the first one. We didn't even bother opening the second one.
Certainly some blame can be placed on the shipper, but realistically even the cardboard used for the shipping box was so amazingly flimsy and thin, the package would need to handled with kid gloves in order to for it arrive at its destination without the contents sustaining damage.
I wouldn't order another thing from Bell'O.
